My Background and Approach

My musical journey began in Dublin, Georgia, where I developed a love for the piano from an early age. My formal studies took me to prestigious institutions like Mercer University, the University of Georgia, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Throughout my studies and beyond, I have honed my skills as a pianist, accompanist, and teacher.

I tailor my teaching approach to each student's individual needs and goals. We'll work on:

• Developing strong note reading and theory skills
• Mastering sight-reading and playing by ear
• Expanding knowledge of music theory and composition
• Polishing your technical skills on the piano
• Discovering diverse musical styles including classical, jazz, sacred, holiday, and pop
