Arti-St Music Education Center

At the Artist Music Academy, we are dedicated to providing exceptional music instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. Founded by Dr. Jarl and Irene Hulbert, our mission is to bring the community musical instruction of the highest quality. Since our inception in 2002, we have been committed to fostering a love of music in our students and helping them develop their skills to the fullest.

We offer a wide range of services including private lessons, group classes, and virtual lessons. Our experienced instructors are equipped to teach various instruments such as piano, voice, guitar, bass, percussion, violin, viola, cello, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, and more. Additionally, we provide theory, composition, and song-writing classes for those interested in the creative aspects of music.

Our Academy has three locations available for lessons: Reisterstown/Owings Mills, Perry Hall/White Marsh, and Lutherville/Towson. We also have a music store on site at our White Marsh location where you can purchase or rent musical instruments, sheet music, and accessories.

Research has shown that music instruction has a positive effect on the mind and emotions of both children and adults. Our gifted and talented lesson program is designed to nurture and challenge students who demonstrate exceptional musical aptitude. We believe that music instruction is the gift that keeps on giving, and we strive to provide an environment that is both supportive and stimulating for all our students.
