Saturday Sessions

Sound Minds USA

Sound Minds USA is a music therapy program specifically designed for veterans and individuals who have experienced trauma. Led by music therapists and experts in the field of music therapy, this program utilizes music making to promote mental wellness, self-expression, and healing.
