We have over 17 years of experience helping students improve their banjo, acoustic guitar, and improvisation skills. Our teaching approach is built on proven methods that enable beginners to develop strong habits and play confidently. We draw on seven years of study with worldclass jazz pianist Kevin Bales to deepen our musical understanding. Our instructors have performed on prestigious stages such as Carnegie Hall, the Grand Ole Opry, and the Ryman Auditorium. We have shared our music internationally, performing in six countries including China, Mongolia, Argentina, and Canada. Our competitive record includes winning the 2004 Merlefest Banjo Contest and three Georgia State Banjo titles.
We also hold a Georgia State OldTime Clawhammer championship, demonstrating versatility across styles. For events, we bring 15 years of experience providing acoustic guitar and banjo for weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings. We tailor each lesson or performance to the clients goals, ensuring a personalized and satisfying experience.
