Our History

The Island Music Guild has a rich history that dates back to the 1990s, when a group of local music teachers started sharing a building and resources. Over the years, our collaboration has evolved into a thriving community of music educators who are committed to providing exceptional music instruction. Today, we are proud to be a non-profit organization with a shared membership co-op, dedicated to maintaining a high level of excellence in music education, art advocacy, and community outreach.
