We offer comprehensive music education programs for all skill levels, including core group classes, specialty workshops, and ensemble performances. Our curriculum covers multiple genres like Americana, folk, jazz, and classical music. With both in-person and online options available, students can learn from professional musicians through our 8-week session format that includes progressive skill development.
Music Therapy
Our board-certified music therapists provide evidence-based interventions for individuals with sensory processing disorders, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges. Programs include private sessions, Musical Memories for dementia patients, and Musical Pathways for adults with intellectual disabilities. All services follow American Music Therapy Association standards and include personalized treatment plans developed with clients and caregivers.
Little Swallows
This signature outreach program introduces preschoolers to music through interactive classes featuring songs, creative movement, and percussion instruments. Aligned with Colorado Academic Standards, it develops literacy skills, motor coordination, and classroom readiness. The program operates in schools across Denver and offers separate in-house classes for ages 1-4 at our Broadway & Yale location.
Concert Production
We produce over 200 annual concerts featuring local, national, and international artists across multiple genres including Americana, bluegrass, world music, and jazz. Our venues host family-friendly performances, and we partner with Denver Botanic Gardens and Four Mile Historic Park for summer concert series. Monthly community events include open mic nights and vinyl listening clubs.
Community Outreach
Our outreach initiatives bring music education to under-resourced communities through school assemblies, after-school programs, and partnerships with organizations like the Rocky Mountain Region VA Medical Center. We focus on making music accessible to veterans, aging populations, and individuals with developmental challenges through both in-person programming and collaborative partnerships across the Denver metro area.
