Welcome to Cordogan's Pianoland, the largest piano store in Illinois. Our journey began in 1950 in Villa Park, IL, when Gus Cordogan, a passionate musician and teacher, opened Villa Park Music. Initially, it was a record store with musical instrument instruction and sales, but over time, it evolved into a reputable piano store. Gus, a "ringer" for U.S.O. shows during World War II, was known for his versatility in playing twelve instruments. His love for teaching and music led to the expansion of his business, which now includes a professional sales staff, movers, refinishers, technicians, rebuilders, and other artisans.
