Since 1985, we have been serving musicians in Southern Oregon with our extensive range of services including rentals, sales, consignments, and repair. Our History

Founded by Stephen Bacon, Bellwood Violin was established in the Railroad District of Ashland, surrounded by nature and rich cultural heritage. This strategic location allowed us to tap into the local community's need for classical music instruments. Over the years, we have developed a strong reputation for our expertise in instrument repair and restoration, as well as our extensive inventory of new and used instruments.
