Retail

We understand the importance of finding the right fit, which is why we offer a return policy that allows you to return your instrument within three days of delivery, subject to a 5% restocking fee. This gives you the peace of mind to make an informed decision about your purchase.

Rental

Our rental program is designed to give musicians the opportunity to try out gear before committing to a purchase. By renting instruments, amplifiers, banjos, ukuleles, mandolins, and more by the month or for short-term use, you can test different options and accumulate value towards your eventual purchase.
