Meet Our Team

Xion Zoa, one of our lead partners, has been playing music since he was 14 years old. With years of experience as a musician, he has played in various bands, including Drop Out Boy Scout, Jake Payne & Dixie Creek, The Linden Wood Band, and Minor Anomaly. Xion has also worked as a guitar technician and department manager at Gracewinds Music, where he honed his skills as an authorized service technician for Taylor and Fender guitar companies.

Jim Tucker, our other lead partner, started playing the guitar at 14 and has since become an integral part of his life. With a background in furniture/cabinetry, precision metal, and electronics, he has developed a unique skillset that translates perfectly to the service and repair of musical instruments. Jim's goal is to maintain the Bullfrog Music tradition while embracing innovation and creating a welcoming environment for musicians of all levels.
