How We Select Our Pianos

As part of our rigorous selection process, we inspect every piano personally to ensure that each piano meets our strict standards. Our criteria include:

• Low Wear: Less than 5% or not less than 1% wear to perform like a new piano.
• Condition: All components, including action, strings, hammers, pinblock, soundboard, and cabinet must be in excellent condition prior to refurbishing.
• Cost: The cost of initial acquisition must allow for the investment of refurbishing to assure the piano will sell under market value.
• Durability: The piano must last for a lifetime after the sale.
• Guarantee: Each piano must have a 5-year warranty to ensure quality.
