Caileen Tallant-Adams
Caileen Tallant-Adams – Director, Teacher, & Owner
Caileen has over seven years of experience teaching private piano and voice with all ages as well as leading choral workshops and rehearsals on her own compositional works, one of which, In the Bleak Midwinter, is a featured work on the Trinity University Chamber Singers’ Christmas album. Caileen emphasizes guided direction and technique concentration in her teaching. She believes that each student has a unique path of learning, and it is her goal to cater to that path so each student has the best musical experience possible.

Caileen and team go above and beyond to foster a life long love of music. My boys have been taking piano there for a little over 3 years and this semester are continuing their musical journey with two new instruments: bass guitar and ukulele! The teachers are kind, patient and flexible. We are so lucky to have Tallant in our community - Caileen puts on summer recitals in the park and had a community piano in the square. Can’t recommend them enough!

I’m an adult piano beginner and I’ve been going here for a little over a month with huge improvements! My tutor Veli has been wonderful. I’m really having a great time. They’re super flexible with their scheduling and their pricing is great. Highly recommend anyone of all ages to give it a shot. You’d be amazed at what you can learn. It’s a great spot for kids and adults alike.

I have always wanted to learn to play the piano so finally as an adult, I signed up to take lessons. My instructor, Veli Franta, is very patient and encouraging. She highlights and praises my strengths and helps me build my skills in both theory and in practice. If needed, we dissect pieces into smaller sections and she provides activities to help me strengthen areas where I have opportunities to grow. I look forward to my lessons each week. -Barb Kenney

LOVE everything about Tallent!! My two children have been taking piano with owner Caileen for several years and she is amazing. The studio itself is charming and students take lessons at a gorgeous white baby grand. Caileen and her team are professional, positive, and inspiring. So grateful to have them in the community!
