The Powell Academy of Music is the largest private music school in central Ohio, providing exceptional music education to students of all ages. Our instructors are highly qualified, holding either a degree in music or demonstrating extensive performance ability. Our degreed teachers have received their education from prestigious institutions such as the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, The Berklee College of Music, Oberlin College and Conservatory, The Ohio State University, Capital University, and many others. Flexible Scheduling and Unlimited Make Up Lessons
We offer music lessons and classes six days a week, from early in the afternoon till late in the evening. We understand that schedules can change, which is why we offer unlimited make-up lessons, so you never have to worry about missing a class or rescheduling.
Professional Teaching Environment
Our 5,000 square foot facility houses 19 private music lesson studios, as well as a large group class room. All of our studios are soundproofed with acoustic foam, extra insulation, and multiple layers of drywall. We are the only school in Powell, OH that has two waiting rooms and a play table to help entertain small children. If you have work to do, enjoy our quiet front waiting room and free Wi-Fi.
