Services
Music Therapy
Neurologic Music Therapy sessions use evidence-based techniques to address developmental, emotional, and cognitive goals. Our board-certified therapists create personalized interventions through singing, songwriting, and instrument play to improve communication, motor skills, and sensory regulation. Sessions are available in-clinic, in-home, or online for individuals and groups.
Music Lessons
Adapted and traditional lessons for piano, guitar, voice, and ukulele cater to all abilities. Our instructors modify teaching methods using color-coding, alternative notation, and sensory breaks to accommodate special needs while fostering musical growth. Lessons focus on technique, theory, and personalized repertoire to build confidence and technical proficiency.
Social Skills Groups
Structured group sessions promote teamwork, communication, and emotional expression through collaborative music-making. Designed for 3-10 participants, these 45-60 minute sessions use instrument play, songwriting, and movement activities to develop turn-taking, eye contact, and cooperative problem-solving in a supportive environment.
Family Sessions
Family-centered sessions integrate parents and siblings into therapy to reinforce skills at home. Through interactive music activities, families work on communication strategies, emotional regulation, and cooperative play while strengthening relationships and creating shared learning experiences.
Community Programs
We provide on-site music therapy and enrichment programs at schools, nursing homes, and community centers across Middle Tennessee. Our mobile services include customized group classes, sensory-integrated activities, and special events that promote accessibility and community engagement through music.
