The Southern California Children's Chorus (SCCC) stands as a pillar of musical excellence, nurturing young voices and fostering a love for choral music in children across Southern California. Founded in 1996 as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, SCCC's mission is deeply rooted in the transformative power of music. We strive to enhance the lives of children ages 5 through 20 by providing them with a distinguished choral music education and exceptional performance opportunities.

SCCC's dedication to musical excellence has not gone unnoticed. Our renowned chorus has received three Emmy awards, a testament to the caliber of our musicianship and the impact of our performances. We have earned international acclaim for our high-quality music education program, captivating audiences with our unique blend of talent, passion, and artistry.

A Comprehensive Choral Program

Our program caters to a diverse range of ages and musical abilities, embracing the unique potential of each young singer. From our youngest Kinder Chorus, designed for 5-year-olds, to the more advanced Concert Chorus for students in grades 7 through 12, SCCC offers a carefully curated selection of choruses to inspire and challenge our singers.

Each chorus is led by experienced and dedicated directors who foster a supportive and encouraging environment where children can thrive musically. We believe in nurturing the whole child, not just their vocal abilities. SCCC has had the privilege of performing at some of the most iconic venues in the world. From sold-out shows at Orange County's prestigious Segerstrom Hall to thrilling performances at Carnegie Hall, the Sydney Opera House, and Westminster Abbey, our choristers have shared their musical talents with audiences across the globe. We have also had the honor of performing for dignitaries at the White House, demonstrating the powerful unifying force of music.
